I am a multidisciplinary artist working across food, photography, film, installation, writing and graphic design. My focus is often on the complex, the human (/feminine), the poetic, the unknown and the mystery. Hospitality is central to my practice. Using ingredients, recipes and everyday, natural, or found objects as my material, I reinterpret the ordinary into poetic symbols, creating environments that feel familiar and playful at the same time. I wish to invite people to gather, observe, taste, and participate. I stay close to nature and natural elements, which allows me to work intuitively and with no fixed outcome. Rituals are an important part of my artistic practice and daily life. The process is as important as the outcome, if not more. I want to be overwhelming and sincere, but in the most subtle way. 

In 2022, I graduated as a performer and visual artist from the Institute of Performing Arts, Maastricht, the Netherlands. Since then, I have been based in Antwerp, Belgium.
